As already stated a word can be used in a general sense but when used in a specific area of knowledge or in a given context which makes it become a technical term [such as "bazaar" in the general sense versus "Shear baazaar" in a technical sense], a special notice would have to be taken of such terms. There are a lot of other words too, which have changed into technical terms -

Notice that although literary terms khyaati, shaakh and vishwaas are to denote quality of character of an individual, it is not so in sentences use in technical texts. With reference to a company or an institution, khyaati refers to an abstract asset used in transaction. The same case is with dhaan and mudraa, commonly used for "money" but technically it is an unit sponsored by the government and recognized by any economic system. Another example is taralataa for "liquidity [in the general sense]" which is specified for facility of conversation into cash.
