You may have written an application, and you must be aware of the manual drafting if it is written to higher official with some technicalities. Manual Draft processing is very tiresome, boring as well as time consuming. If something goes wrong you have to start from the scratch. Every correction has to be carried out manually and still you will be surprised to find that a few mistakes are still have remained. |
| Earlier Electronic typewrite was used for Draft processing which is an advanced mode than manual one. It contains a limited memory where matter can be retained and corrected as many times as you wish. But now-a-days Draft processing is done through Computers-General Purpose Computers, which are the answer to the drafting a letter manually. Thus PC gives you a text processing programme including spellcheckers, etc., unlimited memory, non-repetative procedure. Moreover every copy is as good as the original one and you can get as many copies you wish. We are equipped with many softwares for not only checking the spellings but also dictionaries and thesauri for drafting help, etc. and Mail Merge to assist us in drafting and dispatching. |
