    This unit presents a brief account of problems in Technical Translation specially officialese translation. The very concept of Official Language, Official Language Commissioners and Acts and nature of Official Correspondence have been discussed, with greater emphasis on the procedural Literature.

    After going through this unit you will know more about three types of procedural Literature. Draft, Agenda, Minutes and know the Linguistic implications and problems of Officialese Translation in English to Hindi.
